臨床工学技士とは、生命維持管理装置を操作したり、様々な医療機器を扱う仕事です。詳しくは普段の仕事は臨床工学技士！医療機器を扱うスペシャリスト！をご覧ください。, 僕自身も非医療従事者や友達からは、給料沢山もらってるんでしょう？と良く聞かれますが、決してそんなことはありません。, 沢山もらっていると感じる給料の額は人それぞれだと思いますが、医療従事者の中で医師が一番もらっているのは間違いないでしょう。, では、具体的にいくらくらい貰っているのか、臨床工学技士の給料を大まかですが書いていきます。, 僕の初任給は、基本給が175,000円でそこから約30,000円程度引かれて140,000円とちょっとでした。, 総合病院に就職し最初は透析室での配属でしたが、ほぼ基本給のみで、資格手当等は無い状態でした, 一応専門学校、もしくは大学を卒業し、国家資格である臨床工学技士を取得しているわけです。, 14万ちょっとのお金から、一人暮らしならば家賃、光熱費、食費、その他費用を払うと手元にはほとんど残りません。, 透析室では夜間透析を行っていたので、日勤が終わった後にそのまま夜間の透析業務を行っていました。, 夜間業務は時間外手当として１か月に３～４回×５時間、合計15～20時間分の時間外手当を給料としてもらうことが出来ました。, 試用期間として3か月は臨床工学技士としての資格手当20,000円も反映されなかったので、無事に試用期間も終わり、夜間業務も行うようになってからは給料ももう少し多くもらえるようになりました。, 同期の友達が就職した病院では、冬のボーナスが50万円くらい支給されたそうでめちゃくちゃ羨ましかったですね。, 税金、年金、保険など払う額も年々上がっていき、手取り自体が大きく増えてるわけではないですね。, 今は透析室ではなく、カテーテル室にいるため夜勤はしてないので緊急呼び出し手当や時間外手当が基本給プラスαの部分になってきます。, 緊急呼び出しや、残業が多いと体は疲れるし、無いなら無いで給料が少ないし、なかなかもどかしいものです。, 聞くところによると、1,000万円近くもらっている人もいるそうですが、それもごく僅かで役職などについていることが条件でしょう。, 大学病院などの超忙しい病院では、ほぼ毎日待機を行い、当直や時間外も年間300～500時間程行うと年収600万円ほどになると聞きました。, 最近では働き方改革等で少しは緩和される傾向にありますが、まだまだ過酷な勤務を強いられている人も大勢います。, 医療機器のスペシャリストでありながらも、給料は世間の平均と比べても大差なし、または低い可能性もあり、勤務もきつい場面が多い仕事が臨床工学技士です。, 臨床工学技士として病院で働くだけではどうしても給料は頭打ちであり、もらったとしてもせいぜい600万円程度でしょう。, それも、時間外勤務や過酷な労働状況のなかで働くか、技士長クラスや経営に関わる程の役職をもらう立場になる時だと思います。, 臨床工学技士として働くのであればまずは、給料を増やすことよりも、今ある収入の中で節約できるところが無いか、貯蓄部分を投資に充てたりするなどの工夫が必要でしょうね。, 給料が沢山ほしい、もしくはもっと何千万、何億と稼ぎたいと思うのであればお勧めはしません。, しかし、臨床工学技士という国家資格を持ち、全国各地の病院で働くことができるというメリットは大きく、資格を持っているというのは非常に心強いです。, それに、贅沢をしなければ十分に生活を出来る給料は貰えるし、大学病院や忙しい総合病院などを選ばなければライフワークバランスも保たれます。, 仕事自体も医療機器を扱う楽しさ、患者とのふれあいや他の医療スタッフとの交流など様々な面でも楽しさを感じることが多いです。, 僕自身も今の仕事は楽しいし、給料は低いと思うこともあるかもしれませんが、生活自体は困っていないので満足をしています。, 医療現場で働きたいと思う人がいるならば、臨床工学技士という資格も知っておいてほしいですね。, 給料は多少安くなっても、医療に携わって人の役に立ちたいと思うのであれば大賛成です。, 九州のとある病院で臨床工学技士として働いています。 臨床工学技士養成校の新卒者として入ってきたので、みんな０から仕事を覚えていくわけです。 Average salary for Stryker Field Clinical Engineer in Germany: €51,048.
